SPICE BLENDS SET - 3 PIECE
Fennons Three Piece Spice Set contains three 4-ounce size glass bottles of Fennon's All Purpose Seasoning, Lemon Pepper Blend and Wing Seasoning (see bottles for net weight).

FENNON'S ALL PURPOSE BLEND
Description: Pair Fennon's All Purpose Seasoning with a wide array of dishes. A versatile spice blend that can be used on all types of meat, fish, shrimp and vegetables. This spice blend compliments a variety of ethnic dishes.
Fennon's Simple Stovetop Shrimp:
Season 1 1/2 pound raw, medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined with Fennon's All Purpose Seasoning and then set aside.
Heat four tablespoons of butter, then toss in the seasoned shrimp.
Sauté shrimp until opaque and cooked through, about three minutes per side, over medium heat. Be careful not to overcook.
You can also thread shrimp onto skewers.

Fennon's All Purpose Wings:
Place naked wings (no seasoning) in deep fryer basket. *Fry at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove wings from fryer and place in a metal bowl. Toss in olive oil and season generously with your choice of Fennon's seasoning. For three distinctive flavors, fry up a batch of each - Fennon's Lemon Pepper Wings, Fennon's Wing Seasoning and Fennon's All Purpose Wings!

FENNON'S LEMON PEPPER BLEND
Description:
Fennon's Lemon Pepper Blend balances the tartness of citrus with other savory spices that make for the perfect lemon pepper wings. Also great on fajitas and baked fish.
Fennon's Lemon Pepper Fish:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray baking dish with nonstick olive oil cooking spray. Add four tablespoon of melted butter.
Season 4 six-ounce pieces of catfish (or other white fish) filets with Fennon's Lemon Pepper Blend then place the filets in the baking dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the skin flakes with a fork.
For more lemon pepper kick, dust on additional seasoning when done!

FENNON'S WING SEASONING
Description: Fennon's Wing Seasoning is our original spice blend and is quite versatile. Great on baked or fried chicken or use it dry. Although designed for wings, you can use it as a season all. Also enhances the taste of beef, ground meats, chopped steak, tacos, fries, vegan dishes and more.
Fennon's Classic Baked Wings:
Generously season wings to taste with selected spice blend.
Lightly spray glass pan with olive oil spray. Lie seasoned wings flat in a single layer.
Use oil spritzer or spray olive oil pan spray lightly on the skin of the seasoned wings.
Cook at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes or until proper internal temperature (165 degrees) and desired skin texture. Cook longer for crispier skin. Please note that cooking times will vary by oven.
For more kick, dust on more when done!
