Fennon's Simple Stovetop Shrimp Skewers

Season 1 1/2 pound raw, medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined with Fennon's All Purpose Seasoning and then set aside. 

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of butter, then toss in the seasoned shrimp.

Sauté shrimp until opaque and cooked through, about three minutes per side, over medium heat. Be careful not to overcook. 

Thread shrimp onto skewers.
