How will the charge appear on my credit card?           

The charge will appear on your card as SP Fennons.

Do I have to pay sales tax?  Yes.  You will be charged the applicable sales tax which will appear in your order total.

Why is my credit card not working on your site?

There can be any number of reasons your credit card transaction may fail.  Please check and make sure you have entered your credit card information in correctly and that your card has not expired.  It may also occur due to card limits and/or errors with the credit card processing system. If your problems persist, please contact Customer Service here.  For the safety and security of your personal information, please do not email your credit card information.

Do you ship to international destinations?

International customers may consider using Stackry to obtain a US address to complete your purchase. (We have no affiliation). We are not set up to ship to international addresses. And, we currently only ship to destinations within the contiguous United States.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Guam.

How do I contact Fennon's Customer Service?

If you have an order inquiry, please use the contact form on our home page here. Please include your Order Number if you have one.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We do our best to process orders for shipping as expeditiously as possible.  So, there may be occasions where we may be unable to cancel your order.  Please contact Customer Service here. Include your Order Number. If your order has not already been processed for shipping, only then will we be able to consider cancellation.

Can I check on the status of my package?

Yes. Our store is automated to send you shipping/tracking updates automatically. If you have not recieved an update, please feel free to contact Customer Service here for order status and include your order number. Or, you can also download the Shop App to ensure you receive updates regarding the status of your package. 

What if my product gets lost or stolen in the mail?

Please contact Customer Service hereBased on the information provided, we will make a decision as to whether or not we will replace your product. 

What if I receive a damaged product?

Unfortunately,  we are not set up for returns. If your product is damaged or you've received the wrong product, we will do our best to make it right, just contact us here.  

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are granted on a case by case basis.

Do you offer any shipping guarantees?

No. Immediately upon shipping, title and risk of loss passes to you. We do not guarantee shipping and/or delivery dates.  The projected shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.  We assume no liability for any delays in shipment.

Orders are typically processed within two business days of payment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and delivery is typically anticipated within 7 days once shipped.   If you have any questions about your order, please contact us here.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Houston, Texas.

What is the shelf life of your products?

As per our manufacturer, the shelf life of our seasonings is 1 - 2 years.  However, spices are meant to be used as quickly as possible.  Hence, the six month recommendation on our website is ideal.
