FENNON'S LEMON PEPPER FISH:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray baking dish with nonstick olive oil cooking spray.  Add four tablespoons of melted butter.

Season 4 six-ounce pieces of catfish (or other white fish) filets with Fennon's Lemon Pepper Blend then place the filets in the baking dish.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until the skin flakes with a fork.

Enjoy!

For more lemon pepper kick, dust a little more on top when done.

FENNON'S LEMON PEPPER WINGS

Place naked wings (no seasoning) in deep fryer basket. *Fry at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove wings from fryer and place in a metal bowl. Toss in olive oil and season generously with your choice of Fennon's seasoning.  Optional: Dust with parmesan cheese for another twist. For three distinctive flavors, fry up a batch of each -  Fennon's Lemon Pepper Wings, Fennon's Wing Seasoning and Fennon's All Purpose Wings!

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dark place. Shelf life of individual ingredients ranges from 1 - 2 years.
